ADMISSIONS
Entry to the Reception unit is for children who have turned four years of age. There are no assessments for entry at this stage and a child may enter school the term following their fourth birthday.
Entry to the Infants and Juniors (for children aged 6-11) requires an informal assessment during a half-day visit to school. Places are then offered following the visit.
Prior to starting at Queenswood School, we will invite your child to spend half a day with us to help them settle in to the school surroundings and meet their new friends and teachers.
Anyone interested is most warmly invited to visit the school. There are a number of Open Days and Information Days throughout the year. Parents may arrange an individual tour of the school with the Head Teacher by contacting the school. Contact information can be found here or fill in the form below.
FEES FOR ACADEMIC YEAR
2026/2027

Our competitive fees are fully inclusive of all tuition, stock, dinners, drinks, licenses, administration costs and all sports centre and swimming charges. They incorporate the VAT charge which parents are now required to pay. Even though we have had to raise the fees to accommodate the latest government statute, Queenswood remains a very real and worthwhile investment in your child's future. We are proud to offer substantial sibling/family discounts which are discretionary: these may be discussed during an interview with the headteacher
MUSIC TUITION & WRAPAROUND CARE
Open Mornings
Our next open mornings are:
Monday 21 - Friday 25 September 2026
Please see our calendar page for additional open mornings throughout the year. These are by appointment only so please contact us using the buttons below to book.

When you enrol your child, and subject to a place being available, we ask you to complete and sign an enrolment form and a copy of the Code of Conduct. We also request a bond of £250 which will be deducted from the last term's account. In the event of the place not being taken up this bond is not refundable.
Fees are payable in advance on the first day of term and are reviewed annually. A generous discount is available for brothers or sisters also attending the school (details available on request). Fees may be paid in instalments if this is more convenient (payable over ten months starting in September). Please contact the Head Teacher in writing or by email for more information.
